2025 Submissions

The Ohio Haunters Association will be offering haunts the opportunity for your performers to receive recognition for their performance. The Outstanding Performance Award for 2025 is meant for whichever staff member you felt went above and beyond this season!

Here are the steps to submit your entries:

1. Submit Your Nominee – Use the form below to submit information about the actor or actress you wish to acknowledge and choose “Submit Award Nomination”
2. Certificates – Once verified by the OHA Board, we will announce the winners on our Website and Social Media Platforms. Each haunt gets a free digital certificate that will be made available to the owner who submitted the nomination. If you wish to have a printed certificate made they can be purchased for $10 via the payment link that will be sent with your digital certificate.
