2026 Vendor Registration

Vendor Registration for the 2026 OHA Convention at Blood Prison.

We are thrilled to announce the Ohio Haunters Association Convention. This exciting event will take place at the Mansfield Reformatory Prison in Mansfield, Ohio.

Event Dates
Setup: Friday, May 8th, 2026 (exact timing to be announced)
Convention: Saturday, May 9th – Sunday, May 10th, 2026
Tear Down: Sunday, May 10th after the floor closes
Vendors are required to stay until the floor closes.

Vendor Booth Information
Booth Size: 8 ft x 10 ft
Max Height: 6.5 ft (due to walkways above the cells)
Pricing: $250 per booth (Early Bird – first come, first served)
Refund Policy: All booth purchases are final. No refunds.

Mandatory Rules for the Venue
No screws, nails, tape, or any materials may be used on walls or floors.
This is a historical building — absolutely no damage to the structure is allowed. Nothing may be attached to the sprinkler or fire safety system.
