First face our guests see - set the spooky mood right from the start! They guard the gates, welcome guests, hand out badges, and guide them into the event.

Bone Brigade

A physically capable team that handles: Vendor unloading, Moving equipment, Setting up and tearing down rooms. The heavy lifters!

Line Wranglers

These volunteers control the crowd of restless spirits. They keep lines orderly, ensure traffic flow, and help prevent bottlenecks.

Crypt Keepers

Assist our amazing vendors with setup, questions, and needs. They help vendors with booth setup, load-in, questions, and walk the floor as vendor caretakers.

Tech Necromancers

Masters of resurrecting malfunctioning tech. Assist with mics, projectors, cables, and sprint to grab supplies when needed.

Shadow Runners

Jump in wherever needed - perfect for experienced volunteers! Volunteers “in the shadows” ready to assist wherever needed at a moment’s notice.
